About Glenmount Medical Clinic

Glenmount Medical Clinic was established at its current site on the corner of Blackburn Road and Hunter Street, Glen Waverley (entrance in Hunter Street) in 1958, and has served the community ever since. The Clinic has always been owned by the doctors who practise there. Many of our original patients still attend the clinic, and we also care for their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We are a traditional family general practice with pathology on-site, and will do house calls for those patients of the clinic unable to physically visit, if the doctors deem it medically necessary. We make regular visits to a number of Residential Aged Care Facilities and have a strong team of health providers, including our doctors, a geriatrician, podiatrist and accredited pharmacist who are committed to providing services to our elderly patients. 

Our facilities are modern and we are accredited with GPA Accreditation Plus as well as a Monash University affiliated teaching clinic. Our doctors appreciate patients’ cooperation in facilitating this form of medical education.

We are also able to manage workplace injuries and are the preferred practice for workplace injury referrals from the main construction companies at the Glen Shopping Centre.
