Billing Policies

To enable us to provide High Quality medical care the clinic is a Private/Mixed Billing Clinic

  • We bulk bill Concession Card holders, HCC and Children Under 16yrs.
  • Private Billing – Standard consultation fee is $90 (Medicare rebate $42.85), long consultation fee is $130 (Medicare rebate $82.90).
  • Procedures will attract a fee, please consult with Reception for details.
  • Please note we do not bulk bill on Saturdays reduced fees apply to eligible patients
  • After 5pm no online bookings please phone to make appointment.
  • Private Fee after 5pm may incur please confirm with receptionist on booking the appt.

Missed Appointments

Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 2 hours notice  WILL incur a fee of $40.00. This will need to be paid before your next appointment is booked.
No part of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare.

Payment On the Day

Payment is required on the day of your appointment by EFTPOS, credit card and cash only.  Rebates are available through Medicare online and will be transferred to your registered bank account with Medicare within 24-48 hours. Rebates also available through the Tyro system using EFTPOS to receive your refund

Late payment fee may be applied if payment is not made on the day.
